Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to Suzi Madonia at suzi@frontlineco.com. Written cancellation notices received on or before June 30, 2025 will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee (substitutions are encouraged and will not incur an administrative fee). Cancellations received beginning July 1, 2025 are not eligible for a refund, but a substitution is permitted through July 14, 2025.​​​​​​​​​

Reservations must be made by the cutoff date to guarantee the discounted rate. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to book early. After the cutoff date, reservations will be subject to the hotel's standard rates and availability. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
Hotel reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
